Orders & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view order status and history when signed in to your account under Order History.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Payments & Billing
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All charges are processed securely. If you see an unfamiliar charge, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us with your order details.
