Price Adjustment Policy

Moda Operandi will honor price adjustments on Products purchased within a 7-day period prior to the start of a sale. Please note that the Product has to still be available on the site in the same size/style originally purchased. This price adjustment policy is available for price adjustments at the initial markdown only; we do not offer price adjustments with subsequent markdowns or changes in price, if any. Moda Operandi does not price match any sale or discount prices with any other retailers, including affiliates.

All approved price adjustments will be issued as a refund to the original form of payment and the Product will be a Final Sale. If you wish to request a price adjustment in accordance with this policy, please contact CARE@MODAOPERANDI.COM

Canceling Your Purchase

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through our standard return process.

Please note that made-to-order items, personalized products, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. Swimwear, intimate apparel, and jewelry (for hygienic reasons) may also be subject to return restrictions.

Returning Your Order

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team or log into your account to generate a return label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be received and processed once shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
